3. To check whether the belt wheel of the motor is parallel to the spindle belt wheel. If it is okay, then you should whether the belt tension is appropriate.

4. Before putting the biomass briquette machine into use, you should let the machine idle for a few minutes. If the briquette machine runs well, then you are allowed to feeding raw material into the machine.

5. If any noise occurs during the production process, you should stop the running machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

6. In the production process, the material shall be evenly fed into the machine, not at too fast or too slow feeding speed. Moreover, you should make sure that there is no hard materials such as stones and iron in the raw material.

7. You should remember to stop feeding material before the machine is shut down, and cut off the power supply after the material in the feeding room is discharged.

8. After shutdown, all parts of the biomass briquette making machine shall be cleaned carefully.
