How to adjust a wood pellet machine?

   The production efficiency of a wood pellet making machine is relevant to the workers’ proficiency in operation. If the operating process goes wrong, the output of the pellet machine will decrease.    First of all, the rotating speed of the feeding device on the pellet machine should be adjusted in time. The output of machine depends on the rotating speed of the machine.  Thus, if you want to change the output of a pellet machine, you can achieve it by adjusting the rotating speed of the feeding device.    Secondly, the cutter of a wood pellet machine is adjustable. The length of the finished wood pellets has something to do with cutter. If you want to change the size of the pellets, you could adjust the cutter on the pellet machine.

In addition, in order to make sure that the wood pellet production line runs smoothly, the rotating speed of the pellet machine should not be adjusted frequently. Especially, in the first 30 minutes, you’d better not adjust the machine.
